I just bought this home and need to know what to do for footings. From what I have been told I need 8 footings 26' long that are 12" wide and "18" deep. I will make them 16" wide because that is the width of my backhoe bucket. How much rebar do I need if I use fiberglass in the concrete?
One guy told me that I should pour 3' tall 12" round colums under the footers also. The soil type is sand and I am located in Oklahoma.
I couldn't find any info on Spiro homes online. Does they still exist?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
