Are there any lenders that will finance 100% on a mobil home for a credit score in the 700's. The property and home have been appraised at 85,000 and the sale price is 60,900. The person we have been working with says the only thing she can come up with is 10% down.

Check with Wells Fargo. They may be able to do an 80/20. Or you can try and see if you qualify with a mortgage company that has Rural Housing lending.
