there are a lot of good modular manufacturers and builders in the northeast.
the best thing to do is to shop around and after you narrow down the field to 4 or 5, let us know.
we can offer some good opinions.
there are at least 150 mod producers that serve New England.

I own and live in a mobile home in Chula Vista,Calif 91913 and my home is a doublewide 24 x 60 . Our home is old 1973 and what I am trying to find out is what it would cost to replace this home should it be distroyed ( God Forbid) for any reason. What would a new Manufactured home cost total with taxes and fees and all set up fees. I need to know this for insurance purposes. How much insurance to cary to cover total replacement of this home? Would appreciate any info you could provide me. Thank you very much!

If you have full replacement cost you should not worry about the cost of a new home...If the insurance company accepts the policy..most likely they would have to pay what ever it costs to replace..not usually capped by your coverage limits..Read your policy...ask your agent..check with your state's insurance office for the rules there.......They would NOT be required to replace with a new home..only a like home in like condition...
