I am a new loan officer, and currently have three potential clients that want to refi there mobile homes. Does anyone know of any wholesale lenders that will do this? Thankyou for any help you send my way.

Does anybody know of a refiancing company that will loan in Indiana to refi mobile homes. Some are in parks and some are on property in country. Thanks for any help!

Have you tried Merit Mortgage Services. They are A paper lenders and have done many manufactured home refinance loans for me.

I am loan officer in Corona, CA, I am looking for lenders that will Refi Manu homes, or Modular homes, with or without the land, Fico score range from 540-565, CLTV is up to %80-%90 if possible, please advise ASAP thank you....
