I'm looking around my area and decided to buy one manufactured home in a laese part. It's brand new Cavco. I and dealer now are working in escrow. When first time I came and look at the home I did not pay attention too much because I believed this is five new home. Yesterday I came to this home to make sure everything is ready fof moving in. But I find some cracked-lines on the walls, ceiling. Is this normally happenning when moving home to the site? This problem is from moving company or Cavco? If I request to fix all this, so will it happen the same later? Can I request to cancel escrow with all deposite money back?. Thank you very much with all your advise.

Often moving stress cracks are taken care of by the dealer finish crew...Some manufacturers will cover this at the beginning..Some manufacturers disavow any warranty on finished sheet rock...Call your dealer and see what he says...Read your owners manual for a statement of what the factory will cover...There will be a phone number to let you contact the plant there....No you cannot easily cancel this deal now....
