lower payments

i been living in my manufactured home with land for two years now. i been trying to get a lower payment on my home. but everytime i ask i get a lot of preapprove never approve. what companies u suggest that doesnt give u all the run around. it is a fha loan at 7 percent, payment is 1250 a month. i live in riverview , fl--33569. thank u.

Current FHA is about 6.35%....Closing costs for a new loan would be about 6% or more...It would not pay to refi your 7% loan now...The payment with the added closing cost might well be higher....
