dampness under mobile home

Hello,

We own a 16x80 mobile home that we use as a weekend place at the lake. The trailer is about 14 years old, and was used rarely for the first 7 y ears or so, but well kept. We purchased it 4 years ago, and this year, I have noticed an increasingly damp smell coming from the heating/cooling vents. Does this mean that mold is growing? It has not been unusually wet this year. What can we do to take care of this and keep dampness out?

Thank you.

Metal uninsulated ducts will develop mold in them..the moisture comes from condensation inside when the a/c runs...Have a professional duct cleaning company come and clean them...This is a simple..inexpensive fix that will work
