I am adding a Casita to my property. I meet all the qualifacations except one, they don`t allow manufactured homes. If I make my home real property do I meet this qualification? Thank You Bill

If you have a manufactured home.....It will not be aloud no matter what kind of ownership papers you have...Talk to your building official for the best advice..often there is a way to apply for an exception to the zoning rules....
