Fortune Modular Homes Quality

Can anyone tell me there experiences with Fortune? Is this a quality home? Any input would be greatly appriciated.

John,
I am 90% certain that Fortune does NOT build modular homes. They only build manufactured homes. Big difference.
With that said, I know them pretty well. They build a decent home. Not real fancy. But pretty good. Most of their problems are from the dealers or installers.
If you are looking for a middle of the road home, that will not give you a lot of trouble, you should be fine.

thanks for the input. I just started looking and came across fortune. However it was a modular, at any rate I do appriciate the input.
If you were going to buy a modular who would you look at???

If your considering A modular home. Do some independent research. I am assuming you are in Indiana or Michigan, a really good Modular in that area is Ritz-Craft, another is Hart, actually there are many. Remember you get what you pay for.
(I hate seeing people sell their products on this site, like the books above)

I am interested in buying a MH for property in Mississippi. Are there any manufactures in this area?
