How do I find out the roof pitch on a 1998 Palm Harbor 500 Series, Model P561?
I am selling and some inquiries are asking about moving it.

It's rise over run; you can measure it yourself. For example, a 3:12 roof pitch means the roof rises 3" for every 12" of width.

Most PH's are standard with a nominal 3x12 roof...but 5x12 is available....and recently 6x12's are being built....
The other post is right...Measure the height of the roof at the center....then figure the pitch...
