Insulation

My Geothermal installer is attempting to advise me that the house trailer is at fault; opposed to the GeoComfort unit. He is wanting to conduct a blower door test on the trailer. It is my belief, that, the test is to determine what size of a unt that, is required to effeciently provide the amount of tons for the size of trailer. My trailer is a 1999 Patriot 28x76. This trailer has all of the double pane windows, extra insulation, and sold for approximately $82,000.
