how safe

we were looking at 1984 tradewinds 26x40 in very good condition.we live in florida.The home is in a lease park.How safe are these mhomes?Is it better to own your own lot or lease?

Tradewinds is a very good house....This home has already been through at least a dozen hurricanes and is still in good shape...Park living is a lifestyle..that is peronal if it is for you..the park is half of what you are buying in a home like this...stop some other residents and ask what they think of the park......
