adding a second floor

I have a 1989 Ritz-Craft Riviera double wide 28x56. It sits on a concrete pad. Structurally I'd like to know if it’s possible to add a second floor over part of the property? Is there any special consideration needed to strengthening the supports in the crawl space?

Thanks

You would need to have a structural engineer review the existing building and plan the new one. I'm sure it could be done, but you would certainly want to visit with your local building inspection/permitting folks before spending much money or hiring an engineer.

No, it can not be done. the walls and headers and floor are not designed for the additional load. the steel chassis can not take the load, the peirs and footings are not designed to take the load.
If you do this, you will have a mess on your hands!
