Elastomeric Roof Coating on an old built up roof?

I own a old mobile home, and overall the roof was in good shape till recently. We have been sealing it with kool seal aluminum roof coating (everyother summer). We had done the entire roof last summer, but starting experiencing leaks during a really snowy winter, so we re-sealed some of the trouble spots this spring, but again we got leaking problems during a bad storm a few days ago. Some of the spots the leaking is occuring is around vents and flues. I figure we should use a black asphalt sealer around these vents if we are going to seal with aluminum sealer again (verses using an elastomeric roof coating). But we are expeniencing leaks not necessary around the flues as well. Mostly these leaks are around seams. There are some parts of the roof which are dented in (or somewhat flattened), and these spots are problematic because the water pools there. I was considering using an elastomeric roof coating, but with the heavy build up (of aluminum coating which is not smooth), and the pooling (which I've heard the elastomeric is not good for) would that not be advisable. Any affordable solutions to fixing this problem (under $500) would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance,
