There is a new mangement team there....Good folks...Most of the product there is built in Boaz,, AL...You should make the ride and take a factory tour..The folks in Knoxville can make the arrangements...

Possible interest in relocating (retiring) to Knoxville area in a manufactured home, any tips about the knoxville area would be appreciated.
