I bought my mobile home new in 95 from a local dealer. It is a North River River View model. We are having some plumbing problems and most likely related to the mechanical vents and drainage set-up. My plumber suggested getting a drain line detail along with roof vent detail for my model. The dealer said since North River homes were no longer made, they could'nt help me. This info is not in my setup papers or owners manual. Does anyone know how I could go about obtaining this and what are the laws regarding this since the manufacturer no longer exists? Thanks to all who can help. Suzann

This type of drawing will not be available. The plumbing is very basic, there is a vent thru the roof at the commode location. The sink, if not connected to that same vent, will be vented with an "air gap", a device under the sink with a small diaphagm that opens and closes to allow the flow of water.

You should have received the plumbing drawing with the home, look through the papers with the home.
Also, HUD's contractor has every design ever drawn for manufactured homes. If you call HUD, you might get them to dig it up for you!
