cant find a model or trade name????

i am interested in buying a used mh. it is a 2000 oakwood but the sellers nor i have been able to find what my bank calls a model or trade name. it is not on the title and we have not been able to find it anywhere else in the house nor in the original loan papers. how can we find this info?
