Hi-

We are in the market to purchase a modular home in the spring. We have began to look, however every dealership we go to say that the brands they carry are the best. We are confussed!!! We are looking for a good home, to last many years, for a reasonable price. Can you please list your top 5 choices.

Just remember most often you will ONLY get what you pay for...High quality is seldom the lowest price...Ask about warranties..good manufacturers have longer than 1 year...Be sure you get references from the dealer....Visit the book store here..invest in dome of the how to buy books there..
