You name it, we have it. Bowed walls, interior & exterior. 1/2 inch gap down complete marriage line, seal in bottom board in gap not correct. Blocks falling out under the home. Bathroom floor buckled, when checked they said it was die to condensation from the ground that was entering the hole in the belly of the home that was put there when the home was being delivered and the tire blew and tore a hole in it and of course they failed to repair it. Moisture entered the hole causing condensation on the metal duct and soaked everything. The whole underside of the belly and ground are soaked. Moisture just hangs from the belly. All beams have significant amounts of rust. No vapor barrior was put in. Bricked under with 16 vents and two access doors. 32X80. Big black dict under home is half on the ground and not connected to the home correctly and it full of water I guess from condensation. I have had 3 to 4 guys in my home now for four weeks doing repairs and some they say they can't do. Thank goodness while they have been here is when the floor decided to buckle. When they removed the linoleum to this floor two weeks ago it had noticable green mold spots on top of the novadec floor. Two weeks later when they removed part of the actual floor it was covered wiath green and black looking mold. Well they washed it in bleach and replaced the floor,, only about a four foot section. (We were told it was wet in about a 20 foot section around this hole. Is this sufficient?) This is a brand new home that we have only lived in for 7 months. The home was delivered in Sept 04 but thanks to busted walls, bogging it down, ruining the pad amongst other things we weren't able to live in it until January 05. We have sent in several request to the dealer and mfg for problems to be fixed. Our last request was in May 05 that included a 16 page problem list and a request for immediate attention to the electrical problems due to lights flickering, dimming, breakers tripping (this hasn't happened for a while) and outlets always having to be reset and after replacing between 10 to 15 light bulbs since we moved in. Our immediate attention request in May 05 came in July 05. Our electrical problems have still not been checked by them.
We had the power company and our electrician check before hand and both said it was a problem inside.
WE ARE AT OUR WITS END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
