Model number - floor plans ?

Hi,

We have a contract to buy a manufactured home in another state near some friends of ours, this is our first manufactured home, the documentation says the model is a "SOUTHERN E", is there any way to find a copy of the floor plans online ?

I know what the serial number is, year, square footage, ect.

We saw the house once, a while back and have pictures also, but it would be nice if we could view a floor plan while we are waiting to move in.

Any ideas on how to find floor plans online ?

I did a search online for "Southern E" but did not find anything.

This is probably a Southern Energy Home...They havwe over 200 floorplans..Good luck finding yours..The web site is..

Thanks, but I tried that site and looked at the ones that were the same size and number of bedrooms and did not see any floor plans that matched.

I was hoping there was a place where you could enter the serial number and it would come up with all the info including floor plans.

Email the plant manager and ask him..They will be able to look the home up and asdvise you...
