I am purchasing a manufactured home in the davenport area of Florida. The home is by Homes of Merit. The insulation that comes with the home is R-19 Ceiling,
R-19 Wall, R-11 floor. Is it necessary to upgrade the insulation to R-30 ceiling,
R-19 Walls, R-22 floor for $385. Would this really make a difference in the energy savings.

Yes...If you really want enregy savings..ask about the Energy Star option...For info on saving energy in a home see.. www.EnergyStar.gov

The option will probably include the above insulation..plus many other energy savings features...

Oder your home soon...Wait times can be long in Florida...
