Concrete Foundation under Mobile Home

I have been in my mobile home now for 7yrs. MY husband and I are thinking of
having the home bricked all the way up. My question is can you first of all tell
me how do we go about getting a concrete foundation under this home since it was not done when we originally had the home set up.

The second thing is what are the advantages of bricking the home from the bottom up. Thanks...Roscella
