Missing HUD Sticker

Our manufactured home is permanently affixed to a foundation on property we own. We pay real estate taxes, and we have homeowners insurance. We financed our original purchase of the property (lot and home) and did a cash out refinance two years ago. We are trying to refinance again, but the lender (same one as last time) is telling us it can't do the loan because our home doesn't have a "HUD sticker." (As far as we know, there was no such sticker when we got the original loan and the first re-fi.) Is there a way to get a replacement sticker? We have the serial number.
