leveling

can you please tell me if i can level my 14x70 home using a regular level.
it will be sitting on concrete slabs.

You can determine if it is level or not, but you have to take readings in many different areas; when a MH becomes "out of level" what usually happens is that the house becomes slightly torsioned, so that in some spots the floor may appear to be level or just slightly out, but in other areas, it can be more significantly off.
But unless you have the training and experience, don't try re-leveling your home yourself. Leave that job to the experts.

You should be levelingf with a water level...Level; the top of the block piers....set the home down onto the level piers..

Brian, if your concrete pad is subject to frost heave, it will make no diference if your peirs are level or not.
