Ok, I know that osb or plywood is the only way to go in the floors or the roof but, is osb just as good as plywood? How important is it to have plywood? Also can anyone comment on the quality of patriot homes? Im looking at the Cimarron, Longhorn Series here in Texas. Thanks in advance guys.

I have a Patriot Home Built in Waco Texas In my opinion it was poorly assembled .And I have had to get the state to make them do repairs that were not done to state code.It has been around 3 years and the home is still not fixed.I am waiting on yet anouther State inspection of Patriots work. So far every inspection has found Patriot not to state code. They made some of the worst electric repairs I have ever seen.And have sent some very bad repair men to our home. I have many pictures of the work they did. The dealer that sold us the home is no longer open and Patriot is not wanting to do the repairs..Except when the state has forced them. I think This next inspection will be the forth and they are still going to be problems
