I BOUGHT A LOT OUTSIDE PERRY FLORIDA AND I WANTED TO BUY A MANUFACTURE HOME TO BE PUT IN PILLINGS. IT NEEDS TO BE 21 FT ABOVE SEA LEVEL, BECAUSE IS CLOSE TO THE OCEAN.
WHAT IS IT THAT I AM GOING TO NEED BESIDES AND ENGINEERIN PLAN?
AND HOW DO I GO ABOUT FINDING THE WORKERS THAT I NEED ??
I DO NOT LIVE IN THE AREA, I AM ABOUT 8 HR DRIVE FROM THE AREA.

Dealers in the area should be familier with the process..Some times the building inspector can refer you to someone he/she knows in the area...Try them all...
