Set Up Requirements

My Husband and I recently purchased a used single wide mobile home. We are about to begin the process of having it set up, but are very confused. People have been telling us different things and we just wanted to clarify the set up requirements. Some people are saying that it has to be set up by a licensed person, while others are saying that an individual is allowed to set up one a year. We live in Tennessee. Any information that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
