Buying a MH

I have never owned a MH before I want to put one on a lake. Can you make suggestions on a brand(s). I like finished sheetrock walls, overhead ducts, 2x4 interior walls, and quality windows and doors interior and exterior. Approx. 1500-1700 sq feet.
