I'm interested in "seeing" and examining a sample construction contract that elaborats on new Site Preparation, permanent foundation, installation of MH on owner's deeded 5 acre property. I'd also like to see contract sample on MH set up if that is a separate contract. I'd prefer such contracts be California compliant but other samples will help a lot.
