insulation lost during transport

I just purchased a Rollohome by Wick. It came to the dealership and I went to look at it. There was insulation covering one side of it. A friend of mine purchased a Wick home several years ago and said lots of insulation was lost during the transporting of the home and they had problems with the ice on the roof. I haven't made the final payment yet. What action, if any, should I take?
I'm about out of time...needs to be paid for by May 16.
Thanks for any help/advice you can give me.

Contact wick SERVICE about the situation, I own a Wick Artcraft and the service I have received from wick is among the best. Hope you enjoy your new home, The wick homes are very nice.
