I can't seem to find anybody who makes modulars in Oregon. Why is that? Building codes? I read in one of these forums that Palm Harbor has a Modular site in Oregon, so I emailed Palm Harbor and told them I lived on the Oregon Coast and they sent me a link to Sabina, Ohio...
Thanks,
Gazelle
