HELP!!!!!!!!!

My best friend and I just got a mobile home about 2 weeks ago. It was for sale by owner, but he is allowing us to finance through him. To wrap everthing up in a nut shell when we bought the home he told us there were just 2 leaky toilets. When we turned the water on we had waterfalls coming out of both bathrooms and from under the house. Next a few days later there was a fire and I had to call 911. There were no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers present in the house. Isn't that illegal to sell a mobile home with out those? Next there was another leak under the dishwasher we were not aware of that lifted up our whole kitchen floor. Now we need a new furnace and floor. We spent almost a 1,000 on plumbing alone and now the park is trying to evict us because my roomate doesn't have good credit eventhough the house is under my name, What should we do? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should have talked with the park before moving in.....

Should have had home inspection befor ebuying...I assume you have this perons promises in writing..If not..you should have had leagal advice when you bought...You may have to write this off as a lesson for th future..
