Typical MH set up

When installing a manufactured home in a community that does not furnish a full slab under the home, are there any precautions that should be taken to reduce the movement of moisture that miight move from the ground and attempt to infiltrate the underside of the home? In typical stick built construction with a crawl space, I have seen the world go from ventilated "dirt floor" crawl spaces and no underfloor insulation to sealed crawl spaces taht are insulated around the perimeter and have pea gravel for a floor, or a sealed crawl space with underfloor insulation like the current version of manufactured homes. My initial thought is taht the typical skirting around a home allows enough air infiltration to allow the moisture to move outside the crawl space, as opposed to moving through the underfloor insulation and condensing on the much warmer underloor of the home, which over time can create a serious wood rot situation.

Your opinion and possible precautions that should be taken?
