I recieved a email giving this information does anyone know if this is a hoax or if it is true?

I don' personally trust unsolicited e-mails.
Their website looks like a mortgage broker to me.

Contact the Better Business Bureau in Washington, DC and see what they have to say about this company. I would be interested in your findings. Good Luck!

You can check on the internet with the BBB online to see if this is an up and up company or not.

I checked the BBB. The company has no directory listing in the DC area, and has an unsatisfactory reputation. It is a private financing company, and not a government agency.

However... there is a new down payment program from FHA coming available June 4, 2005. Check it out at fha.gov
