I am considering purchasing a 1999 Fleetwood Doublewide Home. The home is 28 x 72. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, fireplace in the living room, island in the kitchen, laundry room, vinyl siding, shingle roofing, minor damage to some of the floor covering and walls in the laundry room. I am trying to find what a reasonable offer would be for this home. We live in AR and the demand for homes of this nature is not large. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Value depends on the sale prices of other similar homes in the area..Do a little market reasearch and develope an offere you can afford...Remeber even though this home is only 5 yars old..you might want to have a home inspector check it out...Goo luck...
