My wife and I are looking at having a modular home built in the Panhandle area of Florida.

Would a Cavalier Modular home essentially be a Manufactured Home built to the State of Florida Building Code?

How would this differ from the HUD code?

We would need a off-frame version Modular home, placed on a crawl space.

Does Cavalier Homes actually build these?
