There are a bunch out there. Bankamerica is also now lending! Origen Finance is another that I have had success with in the past. It all has to do with the area you are in as well. What works for me here may not work for you in the area you are in. 21st Mortgage as mentioned before also does a good job.

We do Mobile Home Loans with both land purchasing and park mobile homes.Rates for your client(approx)would be 6.75/no points on a 30 year fixed.
For leased land client would be 7.99 on a 20 year fixed. We are one of only a few who provides traditional fixed loans at great rates when they are buying the land.
