The Manufactured Housing Forums

In the eastern Ky area that I live Patriot & Norris homes seem to be among the best brands sold. If I upgraded a Cavalier to 2x8 floor joist, 2x6 outside walls, 3/4 flooring, 2x4 studs all on 16 inch centers and had it drywalled and 8 ft ceilings and zone 3 insulation how would it stack up against the others and what would still be the biggest differences ?

And i forgot to add that they are telling me that Norris dont offer 3/4 flooring.

It is my experience that Cavalier is a superior home to Patriot and Norris.
