I bought a 2000 model Autumn home with about 2050 square feet on over 1 acre with appliances and in great shape with a permanent block foundation. What would be a good selling price for that land/home package?

Find a good real estate site on line and see what you can get if you plug in the the same search info (bedrooms/ac/acreage, garage, etc.). See how much those are going for and it may give you a clue. Immediate area will have something to do with it as well, neighborhood, etc.

Real estate values are based on the local market..Shop the market for other similar examples...You couold hire a real estate asppriser to do a proper appraisal..this step will be necessary for mortage finance......Should cost about $300..they will check the public records for similar sales to develope a resonable value estimation of this property...

Shop the local market for similar homes

I agree with Mr. Murray - Real estate values are based on the local market..Shop the market for other similar examples - You can make some good comparisons by visiting the The MH Multiple Listing Service You will find homes of all types and ages and listings from just about every part of the country. The customized programming permits MH Shoppers to browse for the home of their choice. Listings are searchable by city, state, zip code, number of bedrooms and baths, manufacturer, year built and price.
