Can you use a manufactured home dealers license to sell modular homes?

I am interested in selling modular homes and I am not a building contractor. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Where would you suggest I go to find out if my state (florida) requires you to be a building contractor? Thanks for your help.

In Florida most building regulation is administered by county or city government. Stop into your county building, zoning or planning departments. They cant wait to tell you what you cant do :) I am in Marion County. Lke most places in Florida you need a licence to pull permits and a permit to breath in and another to breath out.... It is all very highly regulated today.

When I got mine, it had the dealer as the seller, but the permit had a contracter on it, rather than the dealer.
