Affidavit of Affixture

How do I find a recorded affidavit of affixture with the county? I already did a recorded documents search at the county site, but did not find it there, the warranty deed kept popping up and that's it. Can anyone help.

are you sure they do AOA in Maricopa? I just looked at the recorders website and under the definitions of abbreviations of documents recorded there was no AOA listed. Maybe they call it something else? I live in Pinal and we do have AOA and they are listed on the recorders website.

I'm in Far East Valley, half hour from Sky Harbor. I think I remember you saying you were around Tucson, so maybe you are in Oracle which is near Tucson but still Pinal Co I believe, it is a BIG county

I'm 30 miles south of Florence. Oracle is too cold.

Maricopa County has the recorded Affidavit of Affixture as just "Affidavit".
