We are considering purchasing a manufactured home in a 55 and older community in Florida. It would be a second home and used for vacationing and possible retirement. Is this a good investment?

Try a resident owned park that has rentals with an option to buy a share. Rent for a couple years and see what is happening to home values in the area Good investment depends on location,location,location
