How much to move a manufactured home

Hi!

My husband and I are going to sell our manufactured home in Alabama. It will need to be moved off the land it is now on. It will be up to the buyer to move it so I don't know how far, etc. I was just curious of a rough idea how much it might cost so we could take it in to consideration when determing our selling price.

How big is the home...does it have taped and painted sheet rock...does it have decks...a/c i assume...what kind of skirting is on the house...

It is really hard to find a buyer willing to move the home...you might get estimates and price yourself to pay for the move...

A single ( 14' or 16' wide )BALLPARK idea to move a couple hundred miles $ 3,500 a double $ 7,000 to $ 12,000 depending on the options listed above. It also depends on how busy companies in your area are, in Arizona we are all so busy you would pay more... A year from now ???
