Replacement exhaust fan

We have a 1970's vintage Elcona Home and would like to replace the original bathroom exhaust fan. It is not very efficient and is noisy. The housing is about 10 inches in diameter but the fan blades are only about 6 inches in diameter.
What is the best way to go about replacing that fan?
Is Elcona still in business so I can get a fan from them?
Is there another source for such fans?

Elcona = BK, 1988. You could put anything you want in there, if you're willing to re-shape the mounting points or build a frame.
