I've several abandoned units in my park. I've no titles, they were moved in by from out of state transient workers & the job fell through, they left.
They're not on the tax records and I can't find any mfgrs I D numbers.
Can anybody help?

The serial number is located both on the data plate, inside the home, and stamped into the steel backing plate behind the hitch on the front of the home. A call to the local office that controls the titling in your state, will give you the procedure to apply for title for an abandoned unit. In many states, an inspection will be done by that agency before issuing a title.
