Park closing. Need a space! Ca

Our mobile home park is closing and I have been having a difficult time finding a park that, has a space, will accept an older home or will accept a home that size. We are currently in South Orange County and trying to find something within 125 miles. Our home is a 1969 24x60. It has aluminum siding. A developer bought out the park and we are getting just enough to move the home. I have considered finding land, but our finances & credit are not good right now. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Thats a tough one, my suggestion would be to sell the home, many parks are not going to let you put a 1969 home in, they usually want new homes. Then you could buy another Manufactured home in another park. Im sure they have FSBO, for sale by owner homes on this site and i think theres even some bank repos.
