Hello,
Im Ed. I own land that is approved for singlewide mobile homes. Im a single man (no family) looking to move a singlewide trailer onto my land. A septic holding tank (pumpout only, no soil distributon) is required as well as a 1500gl water tank. how much can i expect to pay for the foundation , (footers and siding) and, the holding tanks for water and septic. Im looking for the most basic setup and need somone else to do the work, a basic ballpark figure is what im looking for. im figuring 1-2k for the septic holding tank, 1-2k for foundation and 1k for the water tank, am i anywhere close? and what is the best way to get started, do contractors handle all 3? and can these costs be included in price/loan for the home. thank you

this is ed again, i meant to say "footers and skirting" not 'siding' in relation to the foundation,.. i want to clarify what im asking for too, and thanks to anyone who responds.. i don't need a complete septic system, just a holding tank that will be pumped out for a fee by the community i own land in. so i assume this is cheaper than a complete system of course, but whats the best and most economical way to go about it?
i guess i need my land "leveled" ? before laying the home down. how much is that.?
from what i understand , the best way to go about it (keeping in mind my needs are simple and the most basic, im single, and an individualist who enjoys solitary life) is to pay cash for the septic, holding tank, and the setup,. and then put whats left down on a home. what does anyone think? any advice or thoughts is greatly appreciated. im going to get a singlewide repo and or used home . ive found many to choose from made in 1990's priced from 5-8k , thanks for help, please help.
