I am going to start investing in mobile homes in california,single ,double wides.shoud I put mobile homes in a company name like a L.L.C or put each one in a individual land trust .I want to protect myself the best I can.the value will be less than 10,000 for each home please reply thanks in advance.

p.s do I need to get a dealers license for this,what is the best way to do this

This is a legal question...just like any business you should get good legal and accounting advice...

If you intend to resell the homes..you will probably have to have a dealer license..
