velda, Hello, many companies say they are the best but shop very wisely. I would recommend Guerdon to you. This company has been around for a longtime now and has a very good reputation in building quality homes and exceeds the HUD CODE. Remember when buying to check tub and make sure it's a onepiece tub, water shut off thru out 2x6 sidewalls with R-19 insulation, 30 pds per sq. ft. roof load and R-38 or more in the attic, heat tends to rise and go out into the ceiling, floor you could go with R-11 with a very good skirting or R-19 could be better. Flooring I would preferr 3/4" plywood T&G but very few companies offer that these days. Many companies are using the 8x12 particle board type floor decking which wouldn't be a problem if you never have a flood in your house. On the other hand Summit Crest homes is manufactured by Champion home builders, which has a very bad reputation in the manufactured housing industry. They use very cheap paper board type of pressed board for cabinets and exterior siding. They rush their homes thru the factory and very poor workmanship. I would very much stay away from that company. They make their homes very appealing but don't let that fool you. Compair the homes and make your choice. Good luck!
