I have a 1995 Cavalier 16x70 2bd. 2bth. home in excellent condition. I want to sell it. I have no idea of the value. How do I find the value without paying?

It all depends on the area you live in.If theres a demand for single wides (like in Fla retirement parks) you might get more then you would elsewhere.Its hard to get finacing for single wides.You might have to get creative to sell it..Iin my rea it might get 8 to 10k..
